摘 要:以过硫酸钾为引发剂,水为分散介质,丙烯酸钠(AANa)与甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯(GMA)共聚得到共聚物P(AANa-GMA),然后用乙二胺(EDA)使氧杂环开环发生交联反应,制得高吸水性树脂。其结构经1HNMR和IR表征。用茶袋法研究了EDA用量对树脂吸水能力的影响。结果表明,当n(EDA)∶n(GMA)=1.0∶1.4时,树脂的吸水倍率达527倍。Poly(acrylic acid-glycidyl methacrylate)[P(AA-GMA)] was synthesized by means of copolymerization of acrylic acid(AA) and glycidyl methacrylate(GMA) with potassium peroxydisulfate as an initiator and water as the dispersed phase, then with the action of crosslinking agent ethylene diamine(EDA), oxygen heterocycle of P(AA-GMA) were opened and crosslinked to form superabsorbent. The polymer was characterized by ~1H NMR and IR. The relationship between molar ratio[n(EDA) ∶n(GMA)] and absorbability was studied by tea-bag method. The results showed that the maximum absorbability of superabsorbent reached 527 times when n(EDA) ∶ (GMA)=1.0 ∶ 1.4.
