重返社区技能训练对精神分裂症患者社会功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨重返社区技能训练对住院精神分裂症患者社会功能的影响。方法将112例精神分裂症患者随机分为观察组和对照组各56例,对照组进行常规治疗和护理,观察组在此基础上,进行重返社区技能训练。于训练前及训练后9周分别用住院患者护士观察量表(NOSIE)评定其社会功能,并观察其服药依从性。结果训练前两组NOSIE评分、服药依从性比较,差异无显著性意义(均P>0.05);9周末两组NOSIE各因子评分除精神病性差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)外,其余各项差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05,P<0.01);两组服药依从性比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论重返社区技能训练能提高患者服药依从性,改善精神分裂症退缩行为,降低激惹、抑郁情绪,提高社会功能。Objective To explore the influence of the reentry of craftsmanship training in community on the social function of the inpatients with schizophrenia.Methods One hundred and twelve patients were divided into observation group (n=56) and control group (n=56). In the control group, routine nursing care was carried out, while in the observation group, based on routine nursing care, reentry of craftsmanship training in community was given. The social function was evaluated by NOSIE, compliance of taking medcine was observed.Results There was no significant difference between two groups in scores of NOSIE, compliance of making medicine before training. Every factor grades of NOSIE except the mental diseases had no significant difference (P>0.05) at the end of 9th week, while others had significant difference (P<0.05, P<0.01). There was significant difference in the compliance of taking medicine between the two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion Reentry of craftsmanship training in community could improve the compliance of taking medicine and behavior of shrink back, reduce depressed mood, and improve the social function.
