肺结核患者血清Ⅲ型前胶原肽的检测分析

摘　　要：对１３２例肺结核和３７例正常人血清进行了Ⅲ型前胶原肽（ＰⅢＰ）的放射免疫测定（ＲＩＡ）检测，结果：肺结核患者血清ＰⅢＰ含量显著高于正常人（ｐ＜０．００１），且与肺结核的活动性程度、病变范围及其病情有关。提示：对肺结核患者进行血清ＰⅢＰ的含量检测，在对肺结核的病变范围、病变程度的评估、病情变化及预后的观察等具有一定的临床意义。he serum procollagen peptide(PⅢP)levels of 132cases of tuberculosis and 37 healthy persons have beendetected with RIA.The results showed that the serumPⅢP level in tuberculous patients is significantly higherthan that of healthy persons( P<0.00 1)and stronglyrelated to the severe degree of activity and the size ofpathological change of tuberculosis and patient condi-tion. It suggests that there might be some significancein assessing serum PⅢP in tuberculous patients for eval-uating the severity and prognosis of the illness.
