摘　　要：从地基不均匀沉降、温差的影响、不正确的施工等方面,对砖混结构常见裂缝的成因作了分析及归纳,提出了相应的预防措施,从而加强预防,防患于未然。From the uneven settlement of foundation, influences of temperature differences, improper construction and other aspects the reasons caused the cracks in brick-concrete building are analyzed; at the same time corresponding preventive measures are proposed to prevent this kind of disease.
