摘  要:采用毛细管柱气相色谱(GC)检测分支杆菌细胞脂肪酸(FA)的方法,通过制备26种参考菌株GC图谱(原冻干菌株及其移种改良罗氏培养基生长3~4周菌株)对临床分离的54株非结核分支杆菌以GC法与传统生物学鉴定法进行对比,两者符合率达94%;观察了结核分支杆菌和牛分支杆菌临床分离株GC图谱变化与耐药性的关系。认为GC法鉴定临床分离分支杆菌目前采取同时观察细菌生长速度、产色情况以及在对硝基苯甲酸(PNB)、2-羧酸肼噻吩(TCH)培养基上生长情况为妥。sing capillary column gas chromatography(GC)technique for detecting cellular fatty acid,the test of theGC chromatograms of 26 reference Mycobacteria strains(freeze-dried strains and transfer growed strains at theimproved Lowenstein-Jensen culture for three or fourweeks)was performed.On the basis of the test,a com-panison was made between the GC method and the con-ventional method for determination of 54 strains of non-tuberculous mycobacteria which were separated fromclinical specimens, and the conformational rate of thetwo methods was 94 percent.At the same time,the re-lationship between the drug resistance and the changesof GC chromatograms of M,tuberculosis and M. boviswhich were separated from clinical samples was ob-served.The results demonstrated that the GC methodwould achieve beffer results if combined with be bacte- rial growing speed,the condition of producing colourand the condition of growing at PNB and TCH cultureduring determining the mycobacterium strains whichwere separated from clinical specimens.
