摘　　要：中国在对外贸易政策的选择上应注重协调对外贸易与环境的关系,既要促进对外贸易的发展,又能保护环境;在坚持自由化贸易的基础上积极实行管理贸易;大力推进全球网络贸易的发展;完善对外贸易的相关法规,增强中国对外贸易的国际竞争能力。China should take into consideration to coordinate the relationship between foreign trade and environment in the making of foreign trade policies, which could promote the development of foreign trade and protect the environment as well. It is necessary to take actions to carry out managed trade on the basis of free trade, so as to promote the development of global network trade, and strengthen China's international competitiveness of foreign trade.
