摘  要:利用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)检测了TNT染毒大鼠血清中胆红素水平,并检测了与胆红素代谢有关的指标和反映肝脏功能的几个常规酶学指标。结果表明,血清胆红素和肝脏ICG(靛青绿)滞留率染毒组明显高于对照组,呈剂量一反应关系;血清血红蛋白及血清常规酶学染毒组与对照组比无显著升高,表明本剂量下TNT未引起明显溶血。认为血清胆红素水平升高可能是由于TNT影响肝脏对胆红素的摄取、结合和排泄造成的。erurn bilirubin was determined by HPLC in rats given TNT per os. Other indices related to TNT metabolism including serum hemoglobin(SHb )and ICG retention rate(RICG)were also detected ;meanwhile we determined some serum enzymes reflecting the liver function in routine examination. The results showed that serum bilirubin levels and RIcc in TNT-treated rats icreased signifi-cantly, certain dose-response relationship was found; however SHb and the serum enzymes remained no change compared to con-trol.It indicated that no obvious hemolysis was induced under such a TNT dosage. The increase of serum bilirubin may result fromthe influence of TNT on the intake、conjugation and excretion of bilirubin in liver rathar than hemolysis.
