摘 要:对大鼠骨骼肌细胞冷冻损伤进行超微结构研究。在电镜下,线粒体变性和细胞内、外水肿是骨骼肌细胞冷冻损伤早期的主要改变。0℃可见部分线粒体变性。-20℃组呈完全冻结,肌细胞线粒体大部分形成髓鞘样结构或破裂成小泡,聚集在胞浆中。3天后,0℃组肌细胞大致恢复正常;-20℃组损伤加重,最终多数肌细胞坏死;-10℃组病变介于二者之间。文中还描述了肌原纤维的超微结构病变。Hindlimbs of 36 rats were cooled to 0 10℃or 20℃ respectively. Biopsies were taken from the injured sites 0,24 and 72 h after cold exposure. Degeneration of mitochondria,intra- and extra-cellular edema were the main early changes in the skeletal muscle cells seen under transmission electron microscope. In 0℃ group,some of the mitochondria of the muscle cells dilated and their crests disrupted though freezing did not occur in which,while in 20℃ group,most of the mitochondria transformed into myeline like structure or broke into vesicles aggregating in the cytoplasm of the muscle cells in which freezing did occur. Three dayslater,the ultrastructure of the muscle cells almost returned to normal in 0℃ group,while the injuries were aggrevated in 20℃ group,and most of the muscle cells resulted in necrosis. The injuries of 10℃ group were between 0℃ and 20℃ groups. Mean-while,the ultrastructural changes of fibrils in the muscle cells were also described.
