摘 要:通过给大鼠腹腔注射HgCl2和Acivicin,观察了Acivicin对γ-GTP活力及HgCl2,代谢的影响。结果表明,按25mmol/kg注射Acivicin后1h,肾γ-GTP活力下降至正常的36%左右,50μmol/kg组下降更加显著,8h后恢复正常。给Acivicin组肝汞、肾汞含量均显著下降,尿汞含量显著增加。提示Acivicin通过有效地抑制肾γ-GTP活力,影响HgCl2在体内的代谢,加速尿汞排出速度,降低肝汞、肾汞蓄积量。In order to study the influence of acivicin on the activity of γ-GTP and metablism of HgCl2,female rats were administered with HgCl2 alone and coadministered with acivicin intraperitoneally.At 1 h after administration,the activity of γ-GTP in 25 μmol/kg acivicin group decreased to 36%,and in 50 μmol /kg decreased more significantly.8 h later recovered to normal.The mercury con-tents of liver and kidney dropped significantly in acivicin groups,whereas urine mercury content increased markedly.These results suggested that acivicin may influenc the metablism of inorganic mercury through inhibiting γ-GTP and promoting urine mercury ex-
