摘　　要：目前,在历史街区的保护建设中常套用现行规划控制指标,但其对于历史街区的空间特性缺乏有效的约束。为此,本文从城市设计的层面进行探索—在概念推导的基础上,运用数理统计比较和图底关系分析等方法,弥补现行规划控制指标的不足,以求较全面地定量分析历史街区的空间属性。People often mechanically apply current controlling values of planning in conservation and construction of historic blocks. But there is lack of effective restriction on space attributes. On the level of urban design, this paper tries to utilize methods of derivation of conception, mathematical statistics and comparative analysis, figure and ground, etc. to make an overall quantitative analysis of the space attributes of historic blocks.
