城市景观敏感区的历史建筑保护修缮技术与方法探讨——杭州清河坊历史街区保护修缮工程

摘　　要：景观敏感区是城市中极易由于人类不当开发活动而损毁的脆弱地区,同时又具有当地的景观特质,蕴涵了传统文化的历史街区就是一类重要的景观敏感区。如何在保持历史街区传统风貌的前提下对历史建筑进行加固、修缮,是城市历史文脉保护工作的成败关键。本文以杭州清河坊历史建筑保护与修缮工程作为实践案例,从历史建筑外观的保护、结构体系的加固以及内部构件的修缮三个方面,探讨了中国传统风格建筑保护与修缮的技术与方法。Landscape sensitive area refers to the vulnerable part of a city, which would be easily destroyed by inappropriate exploration. The area is possessed of landscape features and historic block with traditional culture. How to consolidate and restore the historic buildings in the traditional blocks is always the key of preserving the urban cultural context, especially keeping the traditional appearance of the historic blocks. Taking the practice of Hangzhou Qinghe Fang project as example, this paper explores the techniques of preservation and restoration of building with Chinese traditional style in terms of the preservation of historic architectural appearance, the consolidations of structure system and the restoration of interior structural parts.
