摘　　要：基于广义的可持续理论与城市可居性研究,以及城市住区实践模式的考察,论文提出了可持续城市住区的理论框架,并试图在紧凑与混合住区、聚居与交通模式、住区与公共空间体系、生态与多样的住区建筑形态四个方面深化可持续城市住区的理论内涵。Based on the investigation of the modes of urban habitation practice, and the study of general sustainable theory and urban livability, this essay brings forward a theoretical frame and attempts to deepen the connotation of the sustainable urban habitation theory in aspects of 'compact and mixed habitation', 'mode of inhabitation and transportation', 'system of habitation and public space' and 'ecology and diversified architectural forms of habitation'.
