摘　　要：通过对双液双金属铸造生产工艺分析,提出了双液双金属复合铸造耐磨零件制造新工艺。该工艺具有双金属层间结合牢固、耐磨性能好、工艺控制相对简单、经济合理、适合批量生产的特点。Analiying current bimetal casting process, we presented the new process of two liquids casting.The process is characteristic of well abrasion resistant and good combination of two casting metals, relatively easy control, reasonable cost and adapt to mass production.
