摘　　要：建筑施工企业要想在激烈的市场竞争下生存和发展,就必须提高项目管理水平.针对建筑施工企业项目产品的特点及对现行项目管理模式的分析,设计并实现了一个“法人管项目”的信息化生产经营管理系统.In order to survive from the fierce competition, it is essential for the construction enterprise to improve the management methods.This paper analyses the features of the construction enterprise project and the current large-scale project institutional frame work modes,and designs an project information mamagement system(PIMS) .
