摘  要:目的 探讨组织谐波成像技术 (THI)对图像质量及结构测量值的影响。方法 对 12 0例患者 (包括多种疾病 )分别采用基波 (FI)、组织谐波 (1.8~ 3.6、 2 .1~ 4 .2 MHz)成像 ,对图像质量进行评分并根据 FI评分进行分组 ( 组 :评分为 1分的质量佳的图像 ; 组 :评分为 2分和 3分的质量差图像 ) ,而且对心脏结构进行测量。结果  (1) 组中 ,THI与 FI相比 ,图像质量明显改善 ;(2 )两组中 ,THI1 、THI2 与 FI相比 ,间隔及左室后壁增厚 , 组中 ,间隔 :(9.2 2± 3.19) mm和 (9.2 2± 3.0 3) mm vs (8.2 9± 2 .6 5 ) mm P<0 .0 5 ;左室后壁 :(9.0 8± 3.30 ) mm和 (9.15± 3.32 ) mm vs(8.4 9± 3.0 5 ) mm P<0 .0 5。 组中 ,间隔 :(11.6 4± 3.6 4 ) mm和 (11.75± 3.89) mm vs(11.0 4± 3.70 ) mm P<0 .0 5 ;左室后壁 :(10 .2 9± 2 .0 7) mm和 (10 .4 0± 1.89) mm vs(9.5 0± 1.86 ) mm P<0 .0 5 ;左室舒张末内径减小 [ 组 :(5 1.6 8± 12 .37) mm和 (5 1.73± 12 .30 ) mm vs (5 2 .6 3± 12 .83) mm P<0 .0 5 ; 组 :(49.94± 7.38) mm和 (49.88± 7.6 4 ) mm vs (5 0 .81± 7.4 3) mm P<0 .0 5 ];(3)房间隔缺损患者 ,THI1 、THI2 与 FI相比 ,缺损大小明显减小 [收缩末 :(2 0 .6 0± 11.93) mm和(2 1.35?Objective To evaluate the effects of tissue harmonic imaging (THI) on image quality and construction measurements.Methods One hundred and twenty patients including various diseases were studied using fundamental imaging(FI) and THI(1 8-3 6,2 1-4 2 MHz) modes respectively Images were reviewed and ranked blindly for image quality,and then devided them into two groups depending on the score with FI (Ⅰ:1 score=best,Ⅱ:2,3 scores=worst) and the constructions of the heart were measured Results (1) Image quality was significantly improved with THI than that of FI mode in group Ⅱ;(2) The mean thickness value of interventricular septum and left ventricular posterior wall with THI were greater than those with FI in group ⅠandⅡ(In group Ⅰ: interventricular septum was 9 22±3 19 mm and 9 22±3 03 vs 8 29±2 65 mm, P <0 05;left ventricular posterior wall,9 08±3 30 mm and 9 15±3 32 mm vs 8 49±3 05 mm, P <0 05 In group Ⅱ:interventricular septum was11 64±3 64 and 11 75±3 89 mm vs 11 04±3 70 mm, P <0 05,left ventricular posterior wall,10 29±2 07 and 10 40±1 89 mm vs 9 50±1 86 mm, P <0 05) and the diameter of left ventricular cavity at the end of diastolic period was smaller(In group Ⅰ:51 68±12 37 and 51 73±12 30 mm vs 52 63±12 83 mm;group Ⅱ:49 94±7 38 and 49 88±7 64 mm vs 50 81±7 43 mm, P <0 05 );(3) In interatrial septum defect patients,the defect size was smaller with THI than with FI(systolic:20 60±11 93 mm and 21 35±12 59 mm vs 23 00±12 91 mm;diastolic:25 50±15 77 mm and 25 59±16 35 mm vs 26 74±16 35 mm, P <0 05);(4)In mitral stenosis patients,the mean value of mitral area was smaller with THI than with FI(77 2±24 42 mm 2and 79 80±25 24 mm 2 vs 82 23±26 00 mm 2, P <0 05).Conclusions THI can improve image quality in patients with poor imaging In measurements,there are differences between the values of THI and FI.
