正负压治疗肢体缺血性疾病疗效观察

摘　　要：为观察正负压交替治疗肢体缺血性疾病的效果，我们采用自制的正负压按摩机对血栓闭塞性脉管炎、动脉硬化性闭塞症共４０例进行治疗．血栓闭塞性脉管炎总有效率为９７％，动脉硬化性闭塞症总有效率为９２％．在治疗中，我们对国外产品中治疗舱口的橡胶油套装置加以改进，减轻了气舱内压力骤升骤降引起患者的不适。同时观察到约８５％的患者在治疗初期出现短期（２～３天）疼痛加重现象．In order to study the effect of vacuum-compression therapy for limb ischemic disorders, we used the vacuum-compression therapeutic machine made by ourselves for treating 40 patients with Peripheral arterial disease,they were 23 cases of thromboangiitis obliterans(31 limbs ) and 17 cases with arteriosclerosis obliterans(26 limbs).The result demonstrated that the 97K of effective rate was obtained in thromboangiitis obliterans and 92% in arteriosclerosis obliterans. Since the cuffs of the machine were differed from with foreign machines,so the pain discomfort relieved during the treatment.At the same time, we also observed that the pain(85% patients) was more serious in the first 2-3 days of treatment,which has not been reported in the past.
