摘　　要：采用不切开阴道壁的Ｇｉｔｔｅｓ改良法长针膀胱颈悬吊术治疗女性压力性尿失禁１１例，治愈率９１％。手术关键：穿刺点准确，悬吊力适度。悬吊标准：（１）牵引力３００～４００ｇ；（２）尿道内口闭合；（３）后尿道膀胱角（ＰＵＶ）恢复到９０°～１００°；（４）膀胱内注水试验无尿液外溢。Between Sep.1991 to Dec.1993,11 cases of female stress urinary incontinence were operated on by means of modified gittes procedure.The age of the patients ranged from 29 to 63 years with the course of the disease from 3 to 2t yaears.The clinical staging(by IS standards)was Ⅱin 7 cases and Ⅲ in 4.The operation time 30～60 minutes.The duration of follow-up has been 6 to 32 months(mean 21.4 months).Remarkable improvement has been achieved in 91%.The key of success in operation was as such:the point of needle puncture should be exact and the thread tension for suspension appropriate.The criterion of tension for suspension was:(1)300～400g of tension force;(2)the inner orifice being just closed;(3)the urethrovesical angle being recovered to 90～100°;(4) no spillover with intravesical instillation of saline.
