摘　　要：自１９８７年６月至１９９４年６月共作尸体肾移植１０７１例次．其中１９９０年以后５９６例次，于肾移植利尿期采用自行设计配方的复方电解质葡萄糖溶液（简称ＥＧ溶液）或用各种大输液合理组合方案进行补液，有效地维护了肾移植患者围手术期的水与电解质平衡．从而提高了肾移植早期人／肾存活率．cadaveric kidneys have been transplanted to the patients from June 1978 to June 1994.Among them 596 were carried Out since 1990.Specially formularized solution of electrolytes and glucose(E.G.Solution)was designed with the aim to maintain electrolytes equilibrium in the postoperative diuretic period.At times certain combination of fairly large amount of different kinds of fluid were infused during the diuretic phase.The effect is most promising and improved the patient/graft survival rate in the early stage, The occurence of diuretic phase and changes of renal function with regard to the regulation of speed and amount of infusion, its efficacy on correcting acidosis and its influence on blood sugar level were discussed.
