肾移植患者存活五年以上76例临床研究

摘　　要：对肾移植后超过５年的１４１例，１５２例次患者的资料进行分析，人／肾５年存活率分别为５３．９％／４２．１％．环孢素Ａ组明显优于硫唑嘌呤组（Ｐ＜０．０５），淋巴细胞毒试验值０～、５／～、１０％～１５％其５年肾存活率分别为５２．４％、５．５％、１８．１％，其中＜５％者效果最佳，各组之间差异非常显著（Ｐ＜０．０１），对患者的术前准备、供肾选择、处理、免疫抑制剂应用、并发症的防治和长期随诊工作进行了讨论．The clinical data of 141 cases of kidney transplantation (152 grafts)surviving more than 5 years were reviewed.The 5-year survival rate of the recipient and of the graft was 53.9%(76/141)and 42.1%(64/152)respectively and both were higher in the CsA group than the azathioprine group(P<0. 05).As the lymphocytotoxity test was concerned, the 5-year survival rate with 0%～,5.0%～and 10.0%～15.0% was 52.4%, 25.5%and 18.1%respectively with much more long survivals in the 0%～5%group.The difference was conspicuous(P<0.01).The preoperative preparation,donor selection, immunosuppressant application and the prophylaxis and treatment of complications were discussed.
