摘　　要：１９８９年４月～１９９０年１月对肾移植术后发热４０例行尿ＰＣＲ检查．其中ＨＣＭＶ－ＤＮＡ阳性１０例，ＨＣＭＶ－ＤＮＡ阴性２２例．两组存活时间相差１０月余（Ｐ＜０．０２５）．两组的１年、３年、５年存活率差别也较大．Attention has been called to the human cytomegalovirus infection(HCMV)after organ transplantation. HCMV-DNA could be detected by the polymerase chain reaction(PCR)and should be considered especially in patients with unexpected fever after transplantation.In 40 such cases after renal transplatnation, HCMV-DNA was detected in urine in 18 and the graft survival became poorer. PCR is a quick and accurate means to detect HCMV infection rendering prompt treatment possible and thus might improve the graft survival.
