肾移植术后应用荧光偏振免疫法监测全血环孢素A浓度的临床意义

摘　　要：应用荧光偏振免疫法（ＦＰＩＡ）对５５例肾移植术后患者行４６２人次全血环孢素Ａ（ＣｓＡ）浓度测定。结果分析表明：（１）ＣｓＡ在三联免疫抑制疗法中的理想治疗窗浓度范围是：术后第１、２、３及４～１２个月全血ＣｓＡ浓度分别为３００～４２０、２５０～３５０、１８０～２８０和１１０～２５０ｎｇ／ｍｌ；（２）ＦＰＩＡ法具有快速、准确、灵敏、操作简便，适于批量测定等优点。讨论了ＨＬＡ配型与全血ＣｓＡ浓度的关系。Whole blood CsA level was assayed 462 times in 55renal transplant recipients by the fluorescence polarization immunoassay (FPIA Abbort ID).In the 1st,2nd,3rd and 5￣12th month post kidney transplantation.the ideal therapeutic window range of whole blood CsA level was 300￣420, 250￣ 350,180￣280 and 110￣250ng/ml respectively for patients on triple immuno-suppressive therapy. FPIA is precise, sensitive,rapid and easy to carry out.The correlation between HLA matching and blood CsA level was discussed.
