防石排石合剂对草酸钙结晶和结石生长的抑制作用

摘　　要：采用放射性示踪大白鼠的实验性肾结石模型和模拟人体玻璃肾盂尿石生长模型，研究了防石排石合剂对草酸钙结晶和结石生长的影响。发现服药组大鼠干肾平均放射性强度明显较对照组低，干肾重量较轻；玻璃肾盂内结石生长较对照组少，玻璃肾盂内钙沉积亦较对照组少。认为防石排石合剂有抑制草酸钙结晶和结石生长的作用。An experimental study of the'stone preveation-expelling mixture″,prepared with Chinese herb medicines,was carried out to assess its effect on calcium oxalate crystallization and stone growth with rat kidney modelsimitating stone growth in human pelvis.An isotope was used as the tracer.The result revealed that the radioactive intensity,the weight of the dried kidney,the stone growth and the calcium precipitation in the glass pelvis were all less in the experimental kidney models than the controls.The'stone preveationexpelling mixture' was therefore believed to be effective in inhibiting calcium oxalate crystallization and stone growth.
