摘　　要：从１９９１年６月至１９９４年６月，使用被动与主动型软输尿管肾镜对结石、肿瘤或充盈缺损、输尿管狭窄或扭曲、异物和假道的６６例病人进行诊断和治疗，其中５４例达到手术目的，１２例失败，４例肾盂充盈缺损者得以确诊，无严重并发症．手术操作的关键是采用较细口径的软镜和掌握软镜操作技巧．From June 1991 to June 1994, actively and passively deflectable uretero-renoscopy was carried out in 66 patients including stones, tumors of filling defects,stricture or tortuous ureter, broken internal stents and false Tract.Satisfactory result bas been achieved in 54 and failure in 12 with no significant complication, The key of successful uretero-renoscopy were smaller fiberscope to be used and skillful manipulation, Flexible uretero-renoscopy would continue to play an important role in the diagnosis and management of upper urinary tract,diseases.
