回盲肠代输尿管扩大膀胱术治疗结核性膀胱挛缩对侧肾积水（附六例报告）

摘　　要：１９８４～１９９２年采用回盲肠代输尿管扩大膀胱术治疗６例结核性膀胱挛缩对侧肾积水患者，术后分别随访７年２例，５年２例，３．５年１例，１．５年１例．排尿正常，血电解质及肾功能检查与术前比较无损害性变化．介绍了手术的操作要点．具有恢复生理排尿，防止和减轻膀胱尿液逆流感染，保护肾功能和无选择性吸收等优点．From 1984 to 1992 , an isolated ileocecal loop was used for ureter substitution and bladder enlargement in 6 cases of tuberculous bladder contracture with opposite hydronephrosis. Postoperative follow up has been carried out 7 years and years for two each and 3.5 and 1.5 years for 1 each. Urination has been normal in all with no hazardous change in blood electrolyoes and in renal function Reflux infection of the kidney form bladder urine has been eliminated and the function of the remaining kidney well protected.
