良性前列腺增生组织中细胞外基质与转化生长因子－β的研究

摘　　要：应用免疫组织化学方法对良性前列腺增生（ＢＰＨ）组织及正常前列腺组织（ＮＰ）中的纤维连接蛋白（ＦＮ），胶原Ⅳ型蛋白（ＣＯＬⅣ）及转化生长因子－β（ＴＧＦ－β）的表达进行检测，结果ＢＰＨ组的强阳性率均显著高于ＮＰ组，而且ＢＰＨ组织中ＦＮ、ＣＯＬⅣ的免疫表达与ＴＧＦ－β的表达之间呈显著正相关。The immunolocalization of fibronectin(FN),type Ⅳ COL lagen(COL Ⅳ)and transforming growth factor-β(TGF-β)were studied with immunohistochemistry in the tissue of benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH)and normal prostate.The rate of strong immunostatining of FN,COL Ⅳ and TGF-β in the tissue of BPH was significantly higher than in normal prostate(P<0 .00l),and a statistically significant association was found between the expression of TGF-β and the expression of FN,COL Ⅳ in the tissue of BPH.These data confirmed that extracellar matrix(ECM)component in BPH was increased,and ECM might be involved in the pathogenesis of BPH by the help of TGF-β mediated action.
