摘  要:应用 ̄(99m)Tc-DTPA肾动态显像测定61例NIDDM的肾小球滤过率(GFR),并与相配对的20例正常人作比较。结果表明无蛋白尿的糖尿病患者GFR,升高率为35%,且与血糖呈正相关。提示 ̄(99m)Tc-DTPA肾动态显像测定GFR可作为糖尿病肾病最早期诊断的检测手段。NIDDM早期确实存在肾小球高滤状态.GFR>140ml/min可作为糖尿病肾病发生的预兆指标。Estimation of glomerular filtration rate(GFR)by ̄(99m)Tc-DTPA dynamic renography was performed in 61 NIDDM patients and 20 normal control persons,The GFR was calculated according to Gate,s formula. The results showed that GFR was significantly higher in NIDDM patients without proteinuria and the rate of incrcment was35%,with GFR positively correlated with the fasting plasma glucose level. GFR was significantly lower in NIDDM patients withproteinuria and the rate of decrement was 76.2%。 The results indicate that there is a glomerular hyperfiltration state in the earlystage of NIDDM,Estimation of GFR by ̄(99m)Tc-DTPA dynamic renography could be a useful procedure in the earliest diagnosis of di-abetic nephropathy. GFR>140ml/min may be used as a predictive inedx of the development of diabetic nephropathy.
