尼群地平对糖尿病大鼠心肌钙分布和肌膜通透性的影响

摘　　要：观察钙拮抗剂尼群地平（ｎｉｔｒｅｎｄｉｐｉｎｅ）对链脲佐菌素引起的糖尿病大鼠心肌钙分布、肌膜通透性和心肌舒缩功能的影响。结果表明，诱发糖尿病８周的糖尿病大鼠心肌钙发生异常分布，心肌肌膜通透性增大，心肌舒张和收缩功能明显受损。尼群地平可在一定程度上纠正糖尿病大鼠心肌钙的异常分布和肌膜通透性增大，减轻心肌细胞超微结构损伤，改善心肌舒张和收缩功能，提示尼群地平对糖尿病心肌有一定保护作用。The effect of nitrendipine(Nit)on calcium(Ca￣ (2+))distribution and sarcolemmal membrane permeability of Cardiac muscle cellswere studied in streptozotocin-induced diabetic rats. Four weeks after the induction of diabetes, the rats were treated with Nit(30mg/kg. day)for 4 weeks. The results showed that the Ca￣(2+) distribution in cardiac muscle and the myocardial ultrastructurewere abnormal, sarcolemmal membrane permeabilily of the cardiac muscle cells was increased,and both ventricular diastolic andsystolic functions were markedly affected in the rats 8 weeks after induction of diabetes,These abnormalities could be improved toa certain extent by the treatment of Nit.These findings suggest that Nit treatment may exhibit some protective effects on the dia-betic myocardium.
