摘　　要：为探索原位腹部多器官联合移植在术式及外科技术方面的可行性和规律，进行了猪、犬及大鼠的实验研究。结果显示防治失血性休克及建立良好的泵驱动体外静脉转流是手术成功的关键，合理摘取供体器官和防治内环境紊乱、凝血机制障碍、低体温及“内在性失血”等也都至关重要。To explore the possibility and characteristics of the surgical models and techniques,orthotopic abdominal multiple viscera transplantations were performed on dogs,pigs and rats. It was shown that the most important techniques for a successful operation were the introduction of pump-driven veno-venous bypass,and the prevention and management of hemorrhagic shock. Critical emphases should also be placed on the prevention and treatment of internal enviroment disorder,coagulation disorder,low body temperature and 'internal blood loss',and the careful handling of both donor. procurement and recipient exenteration.
