摘　　要：３例卡氏肺孢子虫肺炎（ＰＣＰ）生前经纤维支气管镜支气管肺活检（２例）和经气管插管冲洗吸引物检查（１例）确诊，分别发生于肾移植术后５０、９０、９７天。复方新诺明（ＳＭＺｃｏ）治疗均获痊愈，其中２例随访至今元复发，结合国内外文献，探讨并提出了肾移植术后并发ＰＣＰ诊治的初步体会和经验。Three cases of pneumocystis carinii pneumonia (PCP) were diagnosed by transbronchial lung biopsy via fiberoptic bronchoscopy(2 cases) and by aspirated lower respiratory tract via tracheal intubation (1 case) at 50th、90th and 97th day after renal transplantation respectively. All were cured by SMZco therapy,and two of them were followed up untill now without recurrence. Combining our preliminary experience with literatures, the diagnosis and treatment of PCP in renal transplant recipients were discussed.
