经门静脉及外周静脉联合移植胎肝细胞治疗晚期肝硬化

摘　　要：经门静脉及外周静脉联合移植胎肝细胞８例，共用２２个胎肝。胎肝活细胞计数为７５～９０％，制成后３小时内应用。治疗后症状好转，２例肝性脑病消失，３例腹水消失，２例肝功能转为正常，３例ＡＦＰ升高。５例好转出院，３例死亡。认为用胎肝细胞治疗晚期肝硬化，有一定疗效。Fetal livers were obtained and the liver cellsuspension, 250ml per one liver, was prepared aseptically and was used within 3 hour's. The living cell count was 7590%. 60ml of the preparation was injected via the portal vein and 627ml via the peripheral veins on average in each dose. Twenty two livers were used in 8 patients with decompensated cirrosis. Five cases recovered clinically, encephalopathy disappeared in 2 cases, ascites vanished in 3, liver function returned to normal in 2,the prothrombin time increased to normal in 3,and the AFP increased in 3. Five patients recovered and discharged.
