摘  要:应用细菌酶微囊制剂治疗尿毒症病人30例,随机分为三组,第三组应用0.5g·kg ̄-1/d剂量治疗二周者疗效最佳,经统计学分析第三组治疗后BUN和肌酐均下降显著(P<0.05和P<0.01),治疗前后回归直线比较7/9例有效,Ccr7/10例好转与回归直线检测相一致,示预后亦有改善。he paper reported 30 cases of patients with ure-mia were treated by microencapsulated products of bac-terial enzymes. They were diveded into 3 groups at ran-dom, among these 3 groups, groupe Ⅲ in orally dose0. sg. kg-1.d treatmg for 2 weeks was more effectivethan other two groups. BUN and Scr were decreasedevidently in comp rison before and after treatment sig-nificantly different (respectively P < 0.05 and P <0.01).The results of the therapy demonstrated thatbefore and after the therapy, 7 of 9 cases were good inthe difference of the two recurrent lines. The level ofCcr in 7 of 10 cases was increased , which was the sameas the recurrent line. Our study dernonstrated that mi-croencapsulated products of bacterial enzymes couldslow down the progression.
