摘　　要：应从固相放射免疫法，对４８例乙型肝炎病毒（ＨＢＶ）感染者的血清ＩＦＮ－γ水平及其外周血单个核细胞诱生ＩＦＮ－γ的能力进行了研究。结果表明，慢性乙型肝炎患者ＩＦＮ－γ的诱生能力明显低于正常对照，推测其ＩＦＮ－γ系统可能存在着某种程度的缺陷，这或许与造成ＨＢＶ慢性感染状态有关。To elucidate the activity of IFN-γ system in patients with chronic hepatitis B(CHB),serum and induced expression in peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) were investigated by solid phase radioimmunoassay (SPRIA).Forty eight patients studied were divided as:chronic active hepatitis (CAH),chronic persistent hepatitis (CPH) and acute hepatitis B (AHB).The results showed that all these patients had the serum IFN-γ level increased and the AHB patients reached the highest.The patients,especlaly those with CPH,had lower IFN-γ expression on PBMC.These results imply that:①The serum IFN-γ level in CHB patients was really elevated,but less than that in AHB patients.②The lower expression of IFN-γ in CHB patients suggest that the poor interferon response may be associated with the development of chronic HBV infection.③The activation state of IFN-γ system may be related to the hostimmune response and HBV replication.
