摘  要:对我国大陆首次从猪群中分离到的猪型(H1N1)流感病毒血凝素(HA)基因核苷酸全序列进行了测定,其长度为1778bp,共编码566个氨基酸,其中信号区17个,HA1区326个,多肽连接区1个,HA2区222个。与A/NJ/11/76(H1N1)毒株HA蛋白分子上氨基酸序列相比,其同源性为94.5%,而HA1和HA2区的同源性分别为93.6%和97.7%。同时在HA1区的第276个位点上多1个糖基化点,然而其余的包括2个重叠的糖基化点均相同。The present paper describes the complete nucleotide and deduced amino acid sequences of the HA of A/Swine/Beijing/47/91 (H1N1) virus isolated from pigs in China The full-length of HA gene of isolate is 177bp encoding for 566 amino acids.There are 17 of them in signal region,326 in HA1 domain,1 in cleavage side between HA1 and HA2 domains,and 222 in HA2 area.The amino acid sequences on HA protein molecular of isolate compared with those of A/NJ/11/76(HN) virus.The homologies were 94.5% in HA,93.6% in HA1 and 97.7% in HA2,respectively.There was one more glycosylation site at 276 position on HA1 domain of isolate than that of A/NJ/11/76(H1N1) virus,but the other glycosylation sites including two overlaping glycosylation sequons all were same between the two viruses.(Institute of Virlolgy,Chinese Academy of Preventive Medicine,Beijing 100052)(St.Jude Children's Research Hospital,Memphis,TN,USA)
