用心康口服液治疗小鼠急性病毒性心肌炎的实验研究

摘　　要：报告了中药复方心康口服液抗病毒保护心肌的作用。研究观察了药物对小鼠感染柯萨奇Ｂ３病毒后的防治效果。心肌组织学检查结果提示．治疗组小鼠心肌细胞坏死及炎性细胞浸润明显低于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０５）。这一结果在接种病毒前给药组小鼠效果更为显著（Ｐ＜０．０１）。A murine model system of experimental myocarditis caused by Coxsackie vius B3 was developed in 10-day-old mice of shanghai strain observe the effect of Xin-Kang oral Liquild by gross and histopathologic examination of the treated infected mine. The result showed that the severity and involved area of the myocardial lesion became milder and smaller than those in the untreated infected control group, (P<0.05). The effect on the pre-treated group was more obvious than that in the treated in comparison with the untreated control group,(P<0.01).The result suggest that Chinese herb recipe is effective on the inhibition of Coxsackie virus B3 progagation and on the protection of myocardium in murine myocarditis models.
