摘  要:用转基因细胞(CHO-C28)分泌的乙型肝炎病毒表面抗原基因工程疫苗免疫母亲HBsAg阳性的新生儿50例,观察其阻断乙型肝炎病毒母婴传播的效果,随访12个月,在36例母亲为HBsAg和HBeAg均阳性的婴儿中仅1例为HBsAg阳性,其余婴儿均有保护性抗体,预防保护率为96.2%。14例母亲单独HBsAg阳性的所有婴儿抗HBs均阳转,保护率达100%。抗HBs阳性的婴儿均具有较高抗体水平,抗HBsGMT为11.156×105~13.134×105mIU/L。说明CHO乙型肝炎基因工程疫苗具有较好的免疫原性和近期保护效果。This paper reports the efficacy of blockage of perinatial transmission of HBV in 50 neonates born to HBsAg carrier mothers with 20mg/L of a recombinant vaccine prepared from transgenic Chinese hamster ovary cell line (CHO) C28, following a 0, 1, 6 months schedule. One out of 36 neonates whose mother’s both HBsAg and HBeAg positive was positive for HBsAg and the anti-HBs conversion rate was 91.6%, the protective rate being 96.2% at 12 months after first dose. All of the 14 neonates whose mother’s were being HBsAg positive developed anti-HBs and none of them became HBsAg positive. The geometric mean titres (GMT) of their anti-HBs were 11.155×105-13.134×105mIU/L. The results indicate that the immunogenicity and protechve rate of the HBV recombinant vaccine appears to be valid in blocking of perinatal transmission of HBV.
