摘  要:32只雄性猫随机分为4组,以自由落体法致动物局限性脑挫裂伤。研究表明,颅脑伤后脑脊液中VP含量显著升高,脑含水量明显增加,颅内压升高;脑室内注入VP后脑含水量进一步增加,颅内压显著升高;脑室注入VP抗血清可控制颅内压升高,减轻脑水肿。提示VP参与急性颅脑伤的发病过程,脑脊液中VP含量过份升高可加重脑水肿与继发性脑损伤。Tmirty two male cats were randomly di-vided into four groups :(1) control group(n=8);(2)head-injured group(n=8);(3)VPgroup(n=8);(4) VP antibody group(n=8). Mean CSF VP levels of control animals was 68. 04 82. 08pg/ml, mean VP levels ofhead-injured cats increased to 155. 15 ± 68.58pg/ml(P<0.01).The Experimental resultsalso showed VP mav elevate ICP and increasebrain water content significantly,and that VPantibody may control ICP and alleviate brainedema effectively,It is suggested that VP maybe related to second brain damage. The macha-nism may be central VP causes an increase inedema by enhancing an already increased cap-illary water permeability.
