利福平骨基质明胶复合体修复骨缺损的研究

摘　　要：研制植入式利福平骨基质明胶复合体，通过修复鼠桡骨中段骨缺损及体外结核菌抑制实验证明该复合体具有良好的骨修复功能和在体内至少能持续３周释放有效浓度的抗结核药物的双重作用，从而为临床治疗骨结核提供一种新方法。Bone tuberculosis is a common disease inour country. In order to improve the successfulrate of primary bone fusion postoperation offocal cleaning and to prevent remnant tuberclebacillus from reviving,we have studied the im- lant-able Rifampin-Bone Matrix Gelatin- Com-pound. It is proved that this compound has a-bility both to repair bone defect and to last re-leasing the effective concentration of antitu-berculotic for 3 weeks at least by repairingmedian defect of mouse radius and inhibitingtubercle bacillus test.
