自体静脉碎片种植Dacron替代犬部分下腔静脉的研究

摘　　要：实验种植组１３条犬取自体颈静脉碎片，用肝素盐水配成悬液，经Ｄａｃｒｏｎ（直径６～８ｍｍ，长４ｃｍ）腔内用注射器反复抽吸，使碎片及细胞镶嵌种植于其壁内，再以自体静脉血预凝后植入下腔静脉；对照组８条犬所用Ｄａｃｒｏｎ仅全血预凝。结果发现：种植组通畅率６１．５％，对照组２５．０％；种植组移植物腔面术后二周形成完整内皮细胞层、腔面组织６－Ｋ－ＰＧＦ＿１α释放量明显高于对照组；表明自体静脉碎片种植，可促使Ｄａｃｒｏｎ内皮化及其腔面组织６－Ｋ－ＰＧＦ＿１α释放，有利提高静脉重建通畅率。A piece of canine jugular vein of about 10cm in length was taken from each of the 13 ca-nines ,chopped into tiny fragments as small aspossible and then stired into 20ml physilogicalsaline solusion containing 1000u heparin and10000u penicilin making a venous tissue frag-ment suspension.A vascular prosthesis of Dacron was used, Venous tissue fragmentswere sieved through the wall of Dacron fromthe outside inside by intraluminal suction witha syringe,the procedure was repeated againfor several times and fresh blood was pour on-to the grafts to coagulate the tissue frgmentswithin the prosthesis wall,The preparedgrafts,6 一8mm in internal diameter and 4cmin length,were implanted into the IVC of the13 canines as seeded group and the controlgrafts,which were only preclotted with freshblood ,into 8 caninestotal patency was 61.5%in seededgroup and 25.0%in control group respective-ly Morphologically,some endothelial cells covered the surface of Dacron at 7th day andlined the whole luminal surface at 14th day af-ter operation in seeded group, but thrombuscovered the surface of Dacron at 14th day in control group. The results show that seedingDacron with autologous venous fragmentsmakes new endothelial lining possible at twoweeks and results in higher patency of canineIVC reconstructions.
