全脾切除后IgM减少与促吞噬肽降低及淋巴细胞亚群改变的关系和意义

摘　　要：检测因脾外伤而切除全脾的病人外周血Ｔ、Ｂ淋巴细胞亚群及促吞噬肽（Ｔｕｆｔｓｉｎ）和ＩｇＭ水平，以及Ｔ、Ｂ淋巴细胞亚群和Ｔｕｉｔｓｉｎ对Ｂ淋巴细胞合成免疫球蛋白能力的影响。结果显示：全脾切除后ＩｇＭ的减少与ＣＤ２１￣＋Ｂ细胞及Ｔｕｆｔｓｉｎ减少有直接关系，尤其与ＣＤ２１￣＋Ｂ细胞减少有关；而ＣＤ８￣＋Ｔ细胞的减少使Ｂ细胞受抑制程度减轻，有利于Ｂ细胞合成ＩｇＭ能力的代偿。.In this paper. subsets of T and B lympho-cyte and level of tuftsin and IgM from periph-eral blood have been examined in patients re-ceiving total splenectomy due to trauma. Ef-fects of tuftsin and subsets of T and B Iym-phocyte on synthesis of IgM by B Iymphocytes from the patients were also investigated. Theresults showed that the decrease ofIgM after total splenectomy was associated with reduc-tion of tuftsin, especially with reduction of CD21+B Iymphocytes. The reduction of CD8 +T Iymphocytes after total splenectomy de-creased the of B Iymphocytes. which would be beneficial to compensation of IgM synthesis byB lymphocytes.
