摘 要:对四组大鼠假手术、50%脾切除、75%脾切除和全脾切除后2、4和6周,腹腔注射绵羊红细胞,检测初级免疫应答的血清溶血素含量(OD值)、T细胞亚群及白细胞介素2受体(IL-2R)细胞。结果说明,脾切除(含75%脾切)可减弱机体初级免疫应答,影响T细胞亚群,损害体液和细胞免疫。保留50%脾脏可保留全部脾脏功能。The sequential immunologic consequencesand T lymphocyte subsets of total splenecto-my,and partial splenectomy were investigatedin an animal model.Adult male Wistar ratswere divided into four group:sham operation,50%splenectomy, 75%splenectomy and totalsplenectomy. At 2, 4 and 6 weeks followingoperation, animals in each group received asingle intraperitoneal injection of sheep redblood cells. Six days later, serum hemolysinOD values and T lymphocyte subpopulationswere measured. Results suggest that normalimmunologic function and T lymphocyte sub-sets could be achieved if approximately 50% of the spleen is conserved in situ;75%splenecto-my and total splenectomy do not normalize an-tibody responses; with approximately 25%ofsplenic tissue conserved in situs, antibody re-sponses; to intraperitoneal administered anti-gen may be improved with time. Meanwhile,rats with total and 75%splenotomy showed agreater increase in T suppressor cells (T_s)andgreater decrease in T helper cells(T_h)and T_h/T_scell ratio than those in sham operation and50%splenectomy groups(P<0.05).A com-pariso of Tn/T_s cell ratio between 4 weeksand 6 weeks after total splenectomy demon-strated significant increase of ratio in 6 weekgroup. The changes observed after splenecto-my indicate spleen plays a major role in im-munologic response and cellular immunoregu-lation.
