腋部瘢痕挛缩的治疗

摘　　要：对４１例（４４侧）腋窝烧伤后瘢痕挛缩畸形，根据李缩程度分成轻度、中度、重度挛缩．按不同分类．分别采用岛状皮瓣转移、皮片移植、“Ｚ”成形术等５种手术方法修复。其中岛状侧胸皮瓣、肩胛旁皮瓣转移１１例，获得满意效果。对手术方法的选择进行了讨论。Abstract Since 1987, forty one cases of axillary burn. scar contractute were reported. There were 30 males and 11 females. Theages ranged from 3 to 45 years. The patients underwent release of the axillary scar contracture with 5 kinds of operationsincluding lateral thoracic island flap in 5 patients, Parascapular island flap in 6 pstients, split-thickness skin graft in 22 patients, Z-plasty in 5 patients, 5 flap procedure in 1 patientand local flap combined with split-thickness graft in 2 patients. Satisfactory results have been obtained except in fourpatients with split thickness skin graft who suffered partialskin loss. Caution should be taken while choosing operationmethod.
