自体游离骨膜包裹多孔块状HAP修复掌指骨骨缺损的初步临床应用

摘　　要：为研究修复骨缺损的新材料，我们于１９９０年起，应用游离移植骨膜包裹多孔块状羟基磷灰石（ｈｒｕｒｏｘｙａｐａｔｉｔｅＨＡＰ），修复５例掌指骨骨缺损的患者。手术时应保护好骨膜生发层，ＨＡＰ大小适宜，固定要牢固。经８～１２个月的随访，均达到骨性愈合。我们认为ＨＡＰ是修复骨缺损的一种新材料，但仍需作进一步研究。To investigate a new material and technique in bone defect repair, we used porous hydroxyapatite(HAP) implant wrapped with autogenous periosteum in 5 cases of metacarpal or phalangeal defect since1990. Care was taken to Prutect the layer of periosteum,to choose a proper size of HAP and to achievefirm fixation. With 8￣ 12 months of fulluw-up, all the bones healed. We consider HAP as a satisfactorysubstitute of bone graft. However, further sindy is necessary.
