摘 要:继被动输入抗病毒血清后感染肾综合征出血热(HFRS)病毒的小鼠导致早死的报道后,报道进一步的研究结果。实验用4~6周龄昆明系小鼠。用A-16、76-118和R22株病毒分别免疫小鼠,制备免疫血清。小鼠腋内感染均用A-16株病毒,在感染前后用环磷酰胺处理。实验结果表明:(1)小鼠在感染病毒后24、48小时iv输入少量免疫血清仍可导致动物早死。(2)感染前24小时输入少量免疫血清的小鼠不但早死而且病死率也高于对照组,然而,输入较大量免疫血清的小鼠则其病死率低于对照组。(3)抗体介导的早死具有HFRS病毒的型特异性。We have previously shown that antibody-mediated early death occurred in mice which received immune serum and then infected with HFRS virus. The present paper was concerned with further investigation of this problem. Outbred adult Kunming strain mice were iv administrated with HFRS virus immune serum before or after infection and the control mice received nonimmune serum. Both groups of animals were ic injected with 103-104 LD50(0. 03ml) of HFRS A-16 virus and ip injected with 50mg/kg cyclophosphamide before and after viral infection. Results showed that: (1 )early death occurred even in mice treated with immune serum at one or two days postinfection. (2)THe mortality rate was higher in mice received small amount of immune serum than those of control mice. However .protective effects were noted in mice given larger dose of immune serum. (3)Cross-reaction of early death in mice which received immune serum was observed between strains A-16 and 76-118 within the same serotype,but not observed between A-16 and R22 of different serotypes.
