摘  要:对49例胚胎不同时期、新生期、未成熟期至成熟期Wistar大鼠睾丸Leydig细胞进行立体学分析。结果表明:Leydig细胞本身无有丝分裂能力,其增殖只能来自间充持细胞的分化.从胚胎至生后,线粒体及滑面内质网的体密度逐渐上升,说明随着细胞发育,Leydig细胞呈现一个连续的发育过程。而脂滴的体密度呈现较大波动,在一定程度上反映了间质细胞的功能状态.Forty-nine Wistar rats at different stages of embryo,newborn,prematurity and maturity were studied by mens of sterological analysis.The Leydig cell has no ability of mitoses itself.It can only be derived form mesenchymal cells in the testicular intersitium.From embryo to maturity, the value of volume density(Vv)of Mi and SER increaes gradually, it means that leydig cell shows a continuous process of development.However, Vv of LD shows a large fluctuation, it represents the function states of leydig cell to a certain degree.
