以肩胛上血管冈下支为蒂肩胛冈骨皮瓣移植的应用解剖

摘　　要：在４０侧经动脉内灌注红色乳胶的成人上肢标本上，观测了肩胛冈区皮肤动脉的来源、分支分布及其皮支吻合类型。颈横动脉浅支肩胛冈支、肩胛上动脉冈上支及肩胛上动脉冈下支之间在冈中隆凸区形成丰富的吻合，可设计以肩胛上动脉冈下支为蒂的肩胛冈区骨皮瓣移植，修复四肢长管骨与软组织缺损。AbstractTheorigin,branchcs,distrution and cate- gories of anastornosi s of skin artery of thescapular spine were observed in 40、ases ofadult cadaver injected with red dye.Thereare rich anastomosis between the superficialbranches transverse cervical arterv subScapularbranch of suprascapular artery and the infras. pinous branch of suprascapular artery in spineof scapular. Based on the results, scapularspine,skin flap pedicled with infraspinrousbranch of suprascapular arter was designed toreconstruct the defects of long bone and tissuein extremities.
