摘 要:大鼠坐骨神经挤压伤后,局部应用神经节苷脂GM_1在神经再生中的作用进行研究。选用30只大白鼠分为6组,每组各5只,双侧10条坐骨神经。1、2、3为对照组,4、5、6为GM_1治疗组,观察期分别为12、28和56天。结果显示,神经节昔脂GM_1治疗可使损伤后12天时再生有髓神经纤维计数增加,损伤后28天和56天时再生有髓神经纤维直径增粗,此外尚可使运动神经传导速度加快。提示神经节苷脂GM_1可促进轴突发芽,再生神经纤维发育成熟和神经功能恢复。AbstractThe effect of topically used ganglioside(GM_1)onthe regeneration of crushed sciatic nerve was studied in30 rats.The sciatic nerves were crushed with a specif-ically made forceps and a 3mm wide crush injury wascreated. Then 2.1 ul normal saline for the control or2.l ul GM_1(10μg) for GM_1-treated groups was in-jected into the crush site. The follow-up interval was12 , 28 and 56 days respectively; The results showedthat there were more regenerative myelinated fiber(RMF)in GM_1-treated group at 12 days compared tothe control one, The average diarneter of RMF of GM_1-treated groups was larger than than of control oneat 28 and 56 days respectively, In addition,faster motor nerve conductive velocity was demonstrate in GM_1-treated groups,especially at 56 days. These resultsindicate that GM_1 can promote nerve regeneration incrushed rat sciatic verves.
