旋股外侧血管横支大转子骨瓣移位术的应用解剖

摘　　要：在４０侧动脉灌注红色乳胶的成人下肢标本上，观测了旋股外侧动脉横支的起源、走行及分支。该动脉外径２．５ｍｍ，长度５．１ｃｍ，在股外侧肌深面和外缘发出２～４支外径在０．４～１．１ｍｍ的骨膜支到大转子前外侧，供应范围３．５ｃｍ×２．０ｃｍ×３．５ｃｍ。经尸体摹拟手术表明，以旋股外侧动脉横支为蒂的大转子骨瓣移位，可修复股骨中段或上段骨缺损，具有可行性。AbstractThe origin, course and distribution of the trans-verse branch of lateral femoral circumflex artery weremeasured on 40 adult cadaveric lower limbs. The trans-verse branch of femoral circumflex artery penetratesdeep to the lateral femoral muscle and prosses close tothe bone.It distributes 2 to4 branches to the anteriorlateral side of tbe greater trochanter with diameterranging from 0.4 to 1.1 mm, it is 2. 5mm in outer di-ameter and 5.1 mm in length.The greater trochanterbone flap of 3. 5cm ×2. 0cm × 3. 5cm in size is ac-quirable. Imitative operation on the cadavers showedthat the transposition of the greater trochanter boneflap,pedicled with the transverse branch of lateralfemoral circumflex artery could be used for repairingfemoral shaft defects at the upper and middle sections.
