带旋髂深血管蒂髂骨植骨治疗成人股骨头无菌性坏死

摘　　要：采用同侧带旋髂深动静脉血管蒂髂骨植骨治疗成入股骨头无菌性坏死１９例２０髋。根据Ｆｉｃａｔ分期方法，其中Ⅱ期１髋，Ⅲ期１３髋，Ⅳ期６髋。有１４髋随访１～５年，临床评价采用改良的Ｊａｃｏｂｓ方法，临床总优良率为８５．７％。术后Ｘ线显示２例股骨头进一步塌陷，１例疼痛加重改为关节置换术。AbstractIn this Paper,the authors reported 19 cases 20aseptic necrosis of the femoral head in adult.who weretreated by fenesration and vascularized iliac bone graftpedicled with the ipsilateral deep circumflex arteria-vein vessels. According to Ficat staging system,therewere 1 stage Ⅱ,13 stageⅢ,6 stage Ⅳ,14 cases werefollowed up 1～5 years after operation. The clinical as-sesment done based on the modified Jacob’s rating sys-tem,excellent and good results were 85.7%。Post-operative radiological assessment demonstrated thatthere were 2 further collapse of the femoral head.1case was performed the arthroplasty for intractablepain.
