摘　　要：采用胫后肌、腓骨长肌转移至胫前肌行三肌腱联合缝合的新方法治疗小儿马蹄内翻足２０例，获得满意疗效，尤其是对脑性瘫及腓总神经损伤患儿疗效更佳。Twenty cases of talipes equinovarus were treated by tritendon anastomosis between the posterior tibialis, anterior tibilis and peroneus longus combined with an achilles tendon lengthening. This technique avoide the complicacy of tendon and bone fixation and the new imbalance after tendon displacement.The average follow-up was 21months. The results were excellent and good.
