儿童股骨头缺血性坏死临床治疗研究

摘　　要：报告１６５例儿童股骨头缺血性坏死患儿，根据不同类型分别进行了非手术治疗、钻孔减压、髋关节滑膜切除、开窗减压松质骨植骨、缝匠肌骨瓣移植和吻合血管腓骨移植等治疗，对其中１１１例经过１～１５年的系统随访观察。表明：各种方法总优良率为８２．８％。依据ＣａｔｔｅｒａｌｌＸ线分期，以髋关节功能恢复和Ｘ线片改变为评定标准，探索对不同分期患儿的不同治疗方式。children with Legg-Calve-Perthes disease were admitted to our hospital from 1980 to 1995. In accordance with different types, the patients were treated by different ways,including: non-operative treatment. trephination decompression, synovium removal of hip joint, window decompression, spongy bone grafting,sartorius muscle and bone flap grafting, fibula grafitng with blood vessel anastomosis,and so on. 111 patients were followed up for 1 to 15 years. The total satisfactory rate of the treatments was 82. 8%.According to Catterall X-ray staging, an evaluation stundard was made of the function recovery of hip joint and the X-ray changes, and which will indicate the different treatment for different stage, paticularly.
